Refund policy

Please inspect your products upon delivery. You must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of delivery of any incorrect deliveries, missing parts, or defects ascertainable by reasonable inspection.

Products may not be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from us. Authorized returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price, plus shipping and handling, and any costs of restoring products returned in damaged condition. Made-to-order configurations may not be eligible for return except where defective.

USM Haller products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship (currently two (2) years from the date of delivery for USM Haller products).
