Shipping & delivery
Every USM Haller piece is made to order and delivered white-glove within the United States. Our White Glove Delivery service is calculated at approximately 12% of order value and includes a scheduled delivery appointment, in-home assembly, placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packing materials.
You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure the product can fit through all entrances, doorways and stairs at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit, because you are not present at the agreed time, or delivery is otherwise refused, you may be responsible for any resulting re-delivery, restocking, and storage charges.
Order processing & lead times
Because each piece is made to order, lead times depend on the surface color you select:
- Quick-Ship colors (Beige, Pure White, Anthracite, Graphite Black, Steel Blue, Golden Yellow, Olive): 4–6 weeks.
- All other colors (Light Gray, Mid Gray, Gentian Blue, Green, Pure Orange, Ruby Red, Brown): 14–16 weeks.
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not binding delivery dates. Delays do not entitle you to cancel your order or claim damages.
Prices, taxes & delivery costs
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are based on the prices shown at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices do not include delivery, special handling, storage, insurance or assembly, which are shown separately at checkout. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, orders are paid in full at the time of purchase and prior to delivery, in U.S. dollars. By submitting payment information you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.
Inspection, acceptance & returns
Please inspect your products upon delivery to ensure they are complete and free of defects. You must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of delivery of any incorrect deliveries, missing parts, or defects ascertainable by reasonable inspection. If a defect is only detectable later, you must notify us within seven (7) business days of detecting it. If timely notice is not given, products are deemed accepted, except for claims covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Products may not be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from us, along with shipping instructions. In the event of a defect, please retain the product and its original packaging for inspection. Authorized returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price, plus shipping and handling, and any costs of restoring products returned in damaged condition. Made-to-order configurations may not be eligible for return except where defective.

Warranty
USM Haller products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the period stated by the manufacturer (currently two (2) years from the date of delivery for USM Haller products). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface conditions, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance or storage, damage in transit, unauthorized assembly or alteration, natural variations in color, grain or texture, or minor deviations from published specifications. As the exclusive remedy, the defective product will be repaired or replaced, or where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund of the amount paid may be issued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, assembly, installation or use of any product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages or lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance, delivery or installation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor difficulties, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental acts, or transportation disruptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
