Product Warranty
USM Haller is built to last for generations. Every piece sold by THE MOST LOS ANGELES is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Limited warranty
USM warrants that the material and workmanship of USM Haller products will conform to USM’s published product specifications in effect on the date of delivery for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
What the warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Surface conditions, normal wear and tear, neglect, accidents, acts of God, acts of terrorism, damage in transit, abuse, improper maintenance or storage, or any addition of or combination with your own materials after product installation;
- Damage resulting from assembly, installation, repair, reconfiguration or alteration of the product other than by USM or a USM-authorized person, or the product not being used in accordance with USM instructions;
- Minor deviations in construction, color or material used, or from specifications published online or elsewhere (especially with regard to surfaces);
- Natural variations in color, grain or texture of wood, metal or plastic over which USM has no control;
- The matching or compatibility of color, grain or texture unless expressly agreed in writing.
Exclusive remedies
In the case of a breach of warranty, you must promptly notify us and make the product available for correction. The defective product will, at the manufacturer’s option, be repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time, you will receive a price reduction or, in the case of serious defects, a refund of the amount you actually paid for the product. These are your exclusive remedies for breach of warranty.
Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided above, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, all warranties, conditions, representations, indemnities and guarantees with respect to the products, whether express or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), are excluded and disclaimed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, assembly, installation, maintenance, repair or use of any product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages or lost profits.
